 | Stephen Hong, Founder & CEO Y Generation Coaching Sdn Bhd Stephen is the founder & CEO of Y-Generation Coaching Sdn Bhd. Graduated with a Bachelors in Accounting and Finance from Oxford Brooke University, he has previously worked as a tax and financial consultant to Mustapha Khoo and Co., LBS Bina Group Berhad and Public Bank Berhad. He found his passion in building viable internet businesses from a stint at Tara Internet Business Ltd, Singapore which specializes in building ideal businesses online with a minimal budget. He counts Ewen Chia (World No.1 Super Affiliate) and Simon Leung (former Google employee) as his internet gurus. He think that most entrepreneurs are standing on the edge looking deep into the void called "They don't know what they don't know."Over the years, he helped a lot of business owners to achieve their significant business growth by using his unique way of marketing. Furthermore, Stephen is a self-made young entrepreneur who has businesses in many industries such as printing, travel, event and recruitment. His favourite quote is “If you can imagine abundance, then your business can set you free” Despite his young age, he realizes the importance to build his own passive income and autopilot business. With his great wonderful skills in both finance, marketing and business management, he is currently starting his training business to the younger generation like himself. "Give a man a fish, and he’ll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish,and he’ll eat for a lifetime”. Fish is what most people want because it’s easy; never mind if it’s short-sighted.  | Dato Haji Ayob Bin Idris, Director Otelo Telecommunication Sdn Bhd Dato Ayob a decorated civil servant and held various senior government posts for more than 33 years. He was the Former Finance & Administrative Head of the Ministry of Rural Development. His last posting with the government was in Penang as the Director of Jabatan Pengakutan Jalan (Dept of Road Transport, Transport Ministry) and Director of ICU (Implementation and Coordination Unit for Bumiputera Penang) in the Prime Minister’s Department. Aside from serving on the Board of Directors of Primarak Holdings group companies, Dato’ Hj Ayob is also actively involved in various community services projects especially in his home state, Penang. | ||||||||
 | Kit Lim, Director (CEO) Otelo Telecommunication Sdn Bhd Graduated from University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Computing, with specialization in Business Studies and in 1994, a Master of Science degree in Computing Science, majoring in Telecommunications, also from the University of Alberta. Mr. Lim started his carrier with DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (at that time known as Mutiara Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd) in 1995 as a Communications Engineer. He was employed as a pioneer staff overseeing the creation, and establishment of the International switching department. Subsequently he was promoted to Assistant Manager of International Switching Operations the same year, and Manager of International Switching Operations in early of the subsequent year. In 1999, Mr. Lim left the technical section and joined the commercial section of DiGi’s International Carrier Services Division, as a Senior Manager of International Carrier Services, responsible for the business strategy, sales and marketing of international carrier products which include global wholesale, International private leased circuit services, satellite services etc. In 2000, he left DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd and joined Bandwidth Asia Ltd, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, as the Marketing Director where he was responsible for the overall business strategy and sales and marketing of the wholesale VoIP and circuit switched voice and international bandwidth services. In 2002, Mr. Lim joined Unified Communications Pte. Ltd. as its Technical Director, overseeing the technical division of Unified Communications Pte. Ltd. He subsequently saw the listing of Unified Communications Pte. Ltd. on the Singapore Stock Exchange. In 2004, Mr. Lim founded Primarak Holdings group of companies, Voicehub Communications Sdn. Bhd., and acquired equity in Otelo Telecom.. Voicehub Communications Sdn. Bhd. the technology arm of the group was awarded MSC status in 2005. | ||||||||
| Wong Yip kee, Executive Director XOX Berhad Wong Yip Kee, a Malaysian, is an Executive Director of the Company, having been appointed to the Board on 30 June 2010. He graduated from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1977 and obtained his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Bath, United Kingdom in 1990. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.As an Executive Director of our Company and co-founder of our Group, Mr. Wong Yip Kee brings with him twenty five (25) years of experience in the fields of corporate finance, strategic marketing and general management which will continue to benefit the Company in terms of strategic marketing, organisation management and overall business expansion. He started his career in 1979 as an Auditor Senior in Messrs Ernst & Young. In 1980, he joined UMW Group as an Accountant and was responsible for the financial reporting, costing, budgeting and cost control. He joined Carrier Malaysia Group in 1981 as an Accountant. In 1982, he joined Hong Leong Group and was appointed Personal Assistant to Hong Leong Group’s Managing Director. In 1984, he joined Multi Purpose Group as a Senior Manager and in 1989 he joined KYM Industries Bhd as the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director of the company. In 1990, he founded Finmart Alliance Sdn Bhd, which is mainly involved in financial consultancy services and he is still the Director and shareholder of Finmart Alliance Sdn Bhd He is also a regular contributor of finance and marketing related articles to the public and has also written several books on the finance and banking industry. | |||||||||
