1. How can I make extra income by using this onelife xox simcard?
Onelife XOX Simcard is exactly the same as any other prepaid simcard such as Digi, Celcom and Maxis. The only difference is by using our simcard, you are entitled for lifetime freecalls and SMSs by just making a one-off payment less than RM 100. Also, you get the opportunity to make perpetual and long term income by just using your mobile phone and refer this opportunity to your friends!
2. What is the startup cost? Do I need to pay every month?
The startup cost for the Simcard is only RM88 which is a one-off payment with NO annual or monthly fee. When you join us, we will give you airtime worth RM30 and 1800 SMSs worth RM90 (total value: RM120). As such, there will be no loss on your side since you are getting all these as complimentary. Also, you will have an opportunity to enjoy lifetime free calls and SMSs, together with a potential to make extra income in the future.
3.Can I keep my existing mobile number?
Yes, you can. You only have to fill in the particular form (as attached in the simcard package) and submit to us. It takes only 2 to 3 working days to deactivate your existing line. Until then, replace your old simcard with our onelife xox Simcard.
4. Is it MLM or network marketing product?
We are applying network marketing concept for our Business Simcard because we believe referral marketing remains a very powerful marketing method. However, we don’t operate exactly the same as other MLM companies. Firstly, we do not use hard-sell approach because we only have to introduce our friends to use something that they are already using everyday – mobile phone. Secondly, we are helping others to turn their expensive phone bills every month into one that creates passive sources of income.

6. How much can I expect to earn from this business?
It will vary depending on each individual. However, if everyone in your group recommends at least 5 people to use our Business Simcard in 1 week, you can expect to earn 5 figure income in 6 weeks. 7. What if I am using postpaid? Can I use the simcard as well?
Our onelife xox Business Simcard is in a prepaid package. You can change your postpaid account to our prepaid Business Simcard by just filling out a form. It takes only 2 to 3 working days, provided that you must clear your outstanding postpaid bills with the existing mobile operators.
8. Do I still make any income if I don’t introduce any friends after joining you?
Ask yourself: can you find at least 5 people who are not using handphone nowadays? Apparently not. Mobile phone remains indispensable in our lives, and all you need to do is to introduce 5 people who use mobile phones once in your life!
Back to the question: you can’t make any income without introducing any friends. However, you still can enjoy the cheaper call rate with our XOX mobile network (8 cents per 30 second). 9. What if, my phone bill is already very cheap?

10. Do you provide training or support for this mobile business?

11. How can I top-up?
You can top-up in three ways. Firstly, you can buy the reload cards from our registered dealers or directly from us. Secondly, you get the top-up via SMS. All you need to do is do an online transfer or bank in to our bank account. We will transfer the top-up to you immediately after we receive the money, and this can be done anywhere and anytime, at your convenience. Thirdly, you can login to your own membership area to top up your own number by using your credit card/debit card. Click here for your membership area login if you are already a member.
12. Do you have license to do this business?
Otelo Telecommunication Sdn Bhd are the first company in Malaysia which has obtained the Direct Sales License in telecommunications industry. Our license number is AJL 931852, and the sample of license as below:

3.How’s the line coverage?
We are working together with Celcom to leverage on its line coverage. Celcom has been known to have the widest coverage in Malaysia until now. Our rate, customer service and company background are completely different from Celcom.
4. What is the default Account Validity for NSP (New Sim Pack)?
30 days upon activation.
5. What is the default Account Validity for MNP (Mobile Number Portability) ?
18 months validity until promotion end(targeted in 31st Dec 2011). We s hall inform our members 1 month earlier if the promotion extended.
6. What is the charging block for Onelife XOX simcard?
30 second charging block
7. Is U Mobile considered as other Network?
Yes. Same goes to Digi and Maxis.
8. With the 1800 Free SMS I can send free SMS to all networks?
No. The 1800 Free SMS is only use for same network. The same network refer to Celcom and XOX only.
9. Can I get 1800 Free SMS directly after activation?
No. 150 Free SMS will be given every month when the line is Active only, up to 12 months; NO free SMS to be given when the line is in barred and blocked status.
10. What is the validity lifecycle for Onelife XOX simcard?
Line Terminated 30 Days after registration
Active Default 30 days
Barred Days 31 – 60 days
Blocked Days 61 – 90 Days
91 Days Terminated ( Say BYE BYE to your number)

*BARRED: Subscriber’s status will be changed from Active to Barred after validity period has expired after 30 days without any recharge. Outgoing calls & SMS will not be allowed during this period except for calling to emergency numbers and non chargeable service
*BLOCKED: Subscriber’s status will be changed from Barred to Blocked when the subscriber does notrecharge for 30 days after status is changed to Barred. Only emergency number calls are allowed in this status.
*TERMINATED: Subscriber’s status will be changes from Blocked to Terminated when subscriber does notdo a recharge (minimum of RM5) for 30 days after status changes to Blocked. Subscriber’s account will then be deleted.
*After activation with 1st call to 13322, line will active for 90 days (with NO Recharge)
*After activation with 1st call to 13322, line will active for 120 Days. (with Recharge of RM30)
*When SIM Card is registered without making the first call, the line will be terminated after 30 days.
11. How to calculate the Account Validity?
Every recharge of RM1 = 1 day validity.
All NSP (new sim pack) will enjoy default 30 days Account Validity for FREE!
12. How to re-active my line if I’m in Barred/ Blocked Status? Do I need to pay any fees?
To re-active your line from Barred/ Blocked Status, you’ll need to recharge a minimum RM 5 only.
